The Role:

As an HGV Technician, you will:


Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of HGVs and vans to the highest standards. Prepare vehicles for MOT tests and achieve a 100% pass rate. Attend breakdowns and provide roadside repairs (on a rota basis). Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately. Ensure health and safety and company policies are followed.

Requirements:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in relevant field such as HGV Maintenance and Repair or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience working with HGVs, ideally within a dealership or similar environment. Licence: HGV licence (Class 2 or above is preferred, but not essential). Shift Patterns Available: + Day Shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm + Saturdays when required 8am - 12pm
+ Half an hour lunch break
Breakdown Support: Availability to participate in a call-out rota for roadside repairs.
