Your Role...

Lead and motivate a team of HGV Technicians Diagnose, service, and repair HGVs as well as directing your team. Support and develop colleagues and manage workshop productivity Ensure health & safety, DVSA, and VOSA compliance. Prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out final quality checks.

About You...

Qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds L3 or equivalent) Experience in a leadership or supervisor role Strong diagnosis and repair skills Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational ability
