Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Wagon and Drag Class 1 driver to join our team at Watsons. In this role, based in Great Britain, you will be responsible for transporting machines safely and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality road planing services.

Responsibilities

Operate HGV wagon and drag vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations. Transport plant to various locations as required by the company. operate tipper wagon in the process of milling and tip load safely as instructed Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 1 license with appropriate endorsements. Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles. Strong understanding of delivery processes and logistics. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
