Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, particularly with Ter Berg vehicles. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, adhering to all the site rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate A Ter Berg for onsite shunting and also collecting trailers from our local depot. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of items for transit Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle

Skills

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role with commercial driving experience and Shunting Experience Strong driving skills with a valid commercial driving licence Excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour
