About us
Beaches Logistics (North West) is based in Kingmoor Park Carlisle and we are seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team.
This role will be to carry out multidrop pallet deliveries mainly around the CA postcode area. There may be on occasion the need to travel out of the CA area, work dependant. Deliveries will be to private addresses and businesses. Experience of multidrop and tail lift deliveries a must.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another, following all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license, drivers CPC card and digital tacho card.
Responsibilities:
Drive a truck in a safe and responsible manner. Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws. Inspect the truck before and after each trip. Maintain accurate logs of trips and deliveries. Load and unload cargo as needed. Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers on the road. Maintain a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00 per hour
