Linq Healthcare have partnered with an integrated Talking therapies service based in Luton, who are currently searching for High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapists to join their site. This is a hybrid role which will be based 50% remote and 50% on site.

The role:

• As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with the clinical team to maintain their high standard and help to develop this further.
• As a CBT / EMDR Therapist you\'ll be managing your own caseload providing evidence based treatments.
• This service offers a high standard of in-house clinical supervision and training with BABCP accredited supervisors. They offer regular classes to upskill their therapists and support their career development as well as opportunities to access additional modality training.
• This service provides excellent opportunities for development in this role through access to training around areas of specialism such as supervision, long-term conditions, cultural diversity etc.
• In addition to talking therapies, we offer healthy lifestyle programmes including NHS stop smoking, health checks, and exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long term health conditions.

Requirements:

• You will need to hold a qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or EMDR (Postgraduate diploma in HICBT (IAPT) qualification) and have BABCP accreditation.
• You must have a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.
• The service operates across a variety of days and hours to include Saturdays and evening work to support clients when they need it most, so this service offers flexible working hours to promote a positive work life balance for our staff. We pay incentivised rates of pay for weekend working and additional hours.
