Job Description

Blencowe Scaffolding is looking for a reliable, qualified HIAB Driver to join our growing logistics team. You'll be responsible for the safe transport and delivery of scaffolding materials to and from our sites using a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB). This is a hands-on role that's key to the smooth running of our projects across London and the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate HIAB vehicle to load, deliver, and offload scaffold equipment Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure safe operation at all times Communicate clearly with site teams and logistics coordinators Follow all road safety, site safety, and lifting regulations Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicle Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (Class 2 / Category C) Valid HIAB certificate CPC Qualification & Digital Tachograph Card Experience delivering to construction or scaffold sites Good awareness of load security and safe lifting practices Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive, professional attitude
Desirable (but not essential):

Forklift or yard experience Scaffold background or knowledge of equipment
