We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented High End Housekeeper to provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services for an upscale residential property. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of high-end residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces Manage laundry and linen services with attention to detail and care for delicate fabrics Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing as needed Ensure sanitation standards are upheld in all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as appliance cleaning Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client preferences and ensuring their satisfaction Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times when working in private residences

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles, especially within luxury settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver personalized service Experience with laundry services, including delicate fabrics and special care items Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products for high-end environments Ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of housekeeper management or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
