What you'll do:



Plan, prepare, and deliver learning to individuals, small groups, or whole classes. Support teachers in creating engaging lessons and raising achievement. Step in to lead lessons during teacher absence. Contribute to assessments, feedback, and tracking student progress. Develop a specialist area (e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEND, ICT). Provide pastoral support to reduce barriers to learning and promote wellbeing. Guide and support other classroom staff where required.

What we're looking for:



Qualifications: GCSEs in English & Maths (A-C / 9-4 or equivalent) plus relevant TA/HLTA qualifications.
Experience: Strong classroom experience, including leading groups or classes. Skills: Communication, organisation, and IT proficiency. Qualities: Calm, resilient, reliable, and committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
