Role Summary:

As a High-End Retail Security Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting staff, merchandise, and the integrity of the luxury brand. You will be the first point of contact for many of the staff within the building and must combine a strong security presence with impeccable customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the premises through patrols and surveillance systems Deter theft and respond to any suspicious or criminal activity Ensure compliance with store policies and health & safety regulations Provide a reassuring presence for customers and staff Liaise with store management and local authorities when required Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:

SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor License (or equivalent) Previous experience in retail or corporate security (luxury environment preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Discreet, calm under pressure, and highly observant Flexible availability, including weekends

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
