High End Site Manager Required

Job Description

We're looking for an

experienced Site Manager

to deliver

high-end residential flats

from the

completed structural RC frame

stage right through to

handover

.

About the Role:


You will

report directly to the company owner

and take full responsibility for driving the project from the completed structural works through to

finishing and client handover

. This includes managing all

follow-on trades

and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the project from

RC frame stage to handover

Lead and coordinate sub-contract trades, including: Brickwork & blockwork 1st & 2nd fix carpentry Plumbing & electrics Plastering, decorating & finishing Joinery & bespoke fit-out Drive

programme delivery

,

quality control

, and

site safety

Resolve technical issues quickly and maintain smooth site operations Work closely with the company owner and project management team to achieve

on-time, high-quality delivery


What We're Looking For:



Solid experience delivering

high-end residential refurbishments or new-build flats

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple trades Proven track record of

luxury finishes

and

on-time delivery

Excellent organisational and communication skills SMSTS & First Aid
