A thriving Eastbourne primary school is seeking a dedicated

HLTA

to join their fantastic team this January. You'll play a key role in supporting learning, leading lessons, and helping pupils shine across the curriculum.

Your Role:

Deliver exciting lessons and targeted interventions under teacher direction. Confidently lead classes and maintain a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. Support planning, marking, and pupil progress tracking. Work collaboratively across the school to raise standards and smiles!

You Bring:

HLTA qualification or proven experience in a similar role. Strong classroom management and initiative. Enthusiasm, warmth, and a passion for pupil progress. A "can-do" attitude and excellent teamwork.
