Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

13 hours per week

Grade 5 SCP 17-22

Required from January 2026

Permanent (6 month probationary period)

Manor Way Primary Academy is a one form entry primary school situated in Halesowen. We believe that each and every one of our children should be supported to reach their personal and academic potential.

We are seeking to appoint a committed, and talented HLTA to support children primarily in Early Years. Applicants should:


Be an effective classroom practitioner Be a professional who enjoys motivating and exciting children about learning Be organised, self motivated and able to utilise programmes and systems to monitor and maximise progress.

Applicants must hold the Higher Level Teaching Assistant certificate, or equivalent.


The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
