highly regarded SEND school

, seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

to support pupils with

Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and complex needs

.


This is a

full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm)

, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive and structured environment and is passionate about inclusive education.

Ideal Candidate:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly SLD/PMLD Confident supporting learning and behaviour in complex needs settings Able to lead small group sessions and contribute to planning and assessment Empathetic, proactive, and a strong communicator Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
