full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm)

As a HLTA, you will play a key role in
supporting teaching and learning
, delivering planned sessions, and helping lead small groups or cover classes when needed.

Ideal Candidate:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly SLD/PMLD
Confident supporting learning and behaviour in complex needs settings
Able to lead small group sessions and contribute to planning and assessment
Empathetic, proactive, and a strong communicator
Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
