Justteachers is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in
Harrogate
, seeking aqualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident HLTA to take on a full-time role supporting teaching and learning across the school.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher. Support teachers in the planning and preparation of lessons and learning activities. Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils, including those with additional needs. Assist in the assessment and tracking of pupil progress. Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and leadership teams.
Requirements:
HLTA status
or equivalent qualification is essential. Proven experience working in a primary school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to lead learning activities independently. A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's education. A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Justteachers.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 100.00-130.00 per day
