About The Role and You



Contract Type:

Full-time, Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, permanent, term time only

Salary:

Commensurate with experience

Immediate Start Available

Your main responsibilities will include:



Providing one-to-one support to students both inside and outside the classroom Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans Monitoring and evaluating student responses to learning activities through a range of predetermined assessment and monitoring strategies against given learning objectives. Fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

We are looking for someone who:



Has experience working with students in a SEND role (essential) Has excellent English and Maths skills [GCSE C or grade 4 required] Has a compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting students with diverse needs. Has strong communication and organisational skills. Has a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant SEN qualification.
