What You'll Be Doing:
Leading small group interventions and supporting learning across subjects
Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored support plans
Building strong, trusting relationships with students
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement
Helping students meet their academic and personal development goals
What We're Looking For:
HLTA status
or equivalent experience
Proven experience working with
SEMH
or in alternative provision settings
A calm, empathetic and adaptable approach
Confidence in leading learning and managing behaviour positively
Passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
