Responsibilities of the HLTA Role:

As a HLTA at our outstanding school, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Classroom Support: Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing additional support to students, promoting a positive and inspiring learning environment.

Covering Lessons: Utilizing your teaching background, you will confidently cover lessons across various age groups and subjects, maintaining continuity in students\' learning.

Small Group Instruction: Working with small groups of students to provide targeted interventions, helping them to achieve their learning goals.

Support for Special Educational Needs: Assisting in the support and care of students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.

Sports and Arts Enrichment: If you have an interest in sports or arts, you\'ll have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular activities and clubs, enhancing our students\' experiences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

Teaching Background: Previous experience in a teaching role is highly desirable, enabling you to confidently cover lessons and support students\' learning.

HLTA Qualification (Preferred): While the HLTA qualification is preferred, we also welcome candidates with relevant experience and a passion for education.

Passion for Sports or Arts: If you have an interest in sports or arts, we\'d love to hear from you and explore how you can contribute to our extracurricular activities.

Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach, allowing you to work effectively with different age groups and subjects.
