Griffin Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level (4) Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about children's learning, committed to inclusive practice and ready to make a positive impact across our school community.





As a HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead classroom teaching and provide targeted support to help pupils achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.





We are looking for someone who:


Has experience in a similar role and at least HLTA Level 4 or equivalent Is passionate about nurturing strong relationships with pupils and families. Can be proactive, organised, and flexible in a dynamic environment. Is committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child. Has confidence to use your own initiative and contribute to lesson planning and preparation.
