Higher Level Teaching Assistant required with effect from 17 November 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Hours:

31 hours per week, term time only.

Contract:

Permanent



The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who will be responsible for interventions, regular weekly class teaching, including covering PPA and short term teacher absence. This will involve liaising with senior leaders and class teachers, planning, teaching from plans and marking work in line with policy. Candidates will need to evidence they are working at the level of a HLTA either through completion of the HLTA qualification or experience of working as a HLTA including relevant training and assessment.
