Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimisation of the Trust-wide EPMA system to ensure safe, effective medicines management.Collaborate with clinical and digital teams to ensure system integration and compliance with national standards.Provide accurate medicine data for billing and support business continuity during system downtimes.Develop and deliver EPMA training for staff across the organisation. Experience & Skills Required GPhC-registered pharmacist with a Masters degree and postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification.Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.Experience with electronic prescribing systems and working in multidisciplinary teams.Proven ability to teach, manage others, and develop policies. Additional Information Participation in the EPMA on-call rota is required, including occasional weekend and overnight support (typically 1 in 6 weekends).No driving license required, but flexibility to work across Trust sites may be needed.Compliance with NHS and Trust policies, including safeguarding and information governance, is essential.
