Salary:

Up to 53,200 pro rata (based on experience)

Basic SALT from 33,000+ | Specialist from 39,500+ | Highly Specialist from 48,000+*

Hours:

37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri, term time; part-time considered)

Contract:

Permanent (term-time only or full-time flexibility available)

About the Role




Join our in-house clinical team at

Red Moor School

, part of the Acorn Education brand. You'll deliver tailored Speech and Language Therapy to pupils aged 5-18 with SEMH needs, neurodivergence, and developmental trauma. Working closely with education staff, you'll assess, plan, and provide intervention, while offering training and consultation support to colleagues.


You'll manage a caseload independently with the support of a clinical supervisor and site lead, working in line with OFG's SaLT Ways of Working. Ideal for a resilient, enthusiastic therapist ready to innovate and make a real impact.

About You



Essential:



Recognised degree in Speech & Language Therapy HCPC registration & RCSLT membership 5+ years' post-qualification experience at specialist level Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and neurodivergence Skilled in multidisciplinary work, family engagement, supervision, training, and audit Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills

Red Moor School is a specialist provision positioned near Lanlivery in mid-Cornwall. The school provides full-time specialist co-education for up to 36 children aged 5-16 who have social, emotional, mental health and communication difficulties or associated behaviours that challenge.
