In collaboration with the other Speech and Language Therapists and the TransPlus multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will assess, treat and manage their own caseload as well as providing clinical support to others on speech and language therapy issues. The post holder will contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of a care pathway for service users.

The post holder should have a service user-led ethos, with insight into developing collaborative, respectful and culturally sensitive care plans for trans and non-binary service users.

We encourage staff to reduce their impact on carbon, waste and pollution wherever possible. Every action counts to create a healthier, more sustainable future.

We are committed to equal opportunities and believe diversity drives innovation and excellence. We welcome applications from the global majority, veterans and underrepresented communities, valuing the perspectives they bring.
