What You Get
Remote Role
- work from anywhere in the world
Flexible Schedule
- UK time zone availability preferred (evenings + weekends are peak sales call taking hours/meetings will take place outside of these hours in the morning or afternoon)
Strategic Ownership
- oversee and optimise the full sales pipeline from lead ? set ? close
- The base pay will increase to 1500-2000+ p/m once the 30 day probation period is reached and KPIs are hit (revenue goal of the business is 100k per month)
Team Close Rate
- A minimum of 30% (the team has a proven closing rate of 40-50%)
Team Show Up Rate
- A minimum of 70% (the team has a proven show up rate of 80%+)
Performance Bonuses
- tied to team conversion %, cash collected, and enrolment volume
Creative Autonomy
- design SOPs, tweak talk tracks, run team audits -- this is yoursystem to run
Start Date
- As soon as possible
Seasonal Flow
- heavy volume August-April (minimal flexible off-season hours)

The Money Breakdown
Base Pay
: 500/month (1500-2000+ after the 30 day probation)
Bonuses
