Hire & Sales Controller

Hire Manager

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch

Salary:

Up to 30K (depending on experience)

Purpose:

We are looking for a Hire & Sales Controller to join our friendly team based at our National Hire Centre in Strood. Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth facilitation of hire contracts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will manage hire orders with clients ensuring a high standard of service and make customer service calls. You will be required to speak to clients who have not used their account, deal with initial inquiry stage through to processing the hire, liaising with our depots and departments and all related administration, invoice query management and resolving customer queries. A confident telephone manner will ensure you are able to promote the Company's range of products and services, generate new leads and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous hire experience is desirable but not essential Methodical and organised Good attention to detail. Confident but friendly communication skills (both written and verbal) Team orientated Good standard of English and Maths to GCSE (or equivalent) standard IT literate
