Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.

We are currently recruiting for a

Logistics Team Leader / Hire Hub Controller Team Leader (Portuguese Speaking)

to join us in Potters Bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

The hire hub controller is ultimately responsible for arranging the delivery and collection of hire vehicles to our clients. Ensuring we have all the relevant documentation; all data is correct and printing and compiling all the documents which the driver needs to get signed by the client.

Responsibilities to include:

Setting up client deliveries, swaps and collections Email and Phone Queries Printing of paperwork and highlighting key information/signatures. Completing Accident/theft report forms Assigning relevant vehicles to a claim Completing DVLA checks on clients Checking claim information is accurate and matches system Checking client documentation Calling the AA to assist client breakdowns/issues Filing Collate Team Time Sheets Organise Team rotas and holidays to always ensure full coverage in reception Hold regular team huddles to cascade the depot's priorities within the department Support other team members to be competent in their role Communicate with other stakeholders in the business to ensure a smooth operation To undertake any other reasonable task to ensure the efficient operation of the business.

About You:

Excellent communication and organisational skills Fantastic administration skills Ability to multitask on a variety of projects at one time Excellent Excel and Microsoft experience required Previous Team Leader / senior experience in a similar role

Additional Information

The shift pattern for this role is 4 days on 4 days off and you will be working 12 hour shifts
