What You'll Do
Support Sales Success:
Guide the sales team to hit targets by managing pipelines, crafting competitive quotes, and nurturing client relationships for repeat business.
Oversee Admin Excellence:
Lead the sales admin team to ensure accurate CRM use (e.g., Syrinx), timely paperwork, and GDPR compliance.
Enhance Client Experience:
Oversee client onboarding, identify potential upsell opportunities (e.g., luxury units, additional servicing), and gather feedback to improve services.
Lead & Inspire:
Coach sales and admin teams through 1-1s, weekly meetings, and training to drive performance and growth.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with operations for smooth delivery and marketing for lead generation.
Account Management
: Look after our top customers and explore ways to win more business.
Who You Are
3+ years in sales support, account management, or team leadership, ideally in portable toilet rental, equipment hire, or construction.
Confident with CRM systems (e.g., Syrinx) and analysing sales data.
Strong communicator, able to engage clients from site managers to procurement leads.
Organised, commercially savvy, and passionate about client satisfaction.
Active on LinkedIn with industry connections (a plus).
Full UK driving licence for occasional travel.
