Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Managers - Finance to oversee client relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the finance or fintech industry, who excel at relationship management and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key financial accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored fintech solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure service excellence

Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments

Ensure compliance with financial and data protection regulations

Prepare reports and account status updates for senior management

Person Specifications

Proven experience in an account management role within the finance or fintech industry

Strong understanding of financial products, services, or technologies

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
