Phoenix Park Academy is seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Behaviour Mentor

to join our Care Team. You will be a

driving force

in our students'

social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) development

, providing specialist, proactive, and targeted support.


The core focus of this vital role is to help our students

self-regulate, thrive in the classroom, and achieve positive outcomes.
