About the Role:
Sodexo is recruiting a
Project Manager
to join our Justice Services FM team, delivering high-quality Facilities Management project works across HMP Altcourse and HMP Forest Bank. This is a new and pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management of lifecycle, investment, and sustainability projects within our government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) projects in the prison estate and wider government sub-segments.
Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with clients, end users, internal stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain strict adherence to legal, compliance, and Health & Safety standards.
Provide consistent updates and documentation using Smart Sheet / Project One tools.
Evaluate project feasibility and risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and support strategic decision-making.

Your Profile:
Essential:
Proven experience in Project or Operational Management in a construction or FM environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets up to 1 million.
Effective at managing both in-house teams and subcontractors.
Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent).
High level of professionalism and attention to detail in reporting and client engagement.
Desirable:
Previous experience working in prison or secure environments.
Active clearance for working in prisons (preferred but not essential).
