Job Title: Presser

Job Overview:

As a Presser at our brand new dry cleaning shop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive impeccably pressed linens and garments. You will be responsible for operating pressing equipment to maintain high-quality standards and uphold the reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate pressing machines to iron and press linens, clothing, and other fabrics according to established standards

- Inspect items for any damages or stains before and after pressing

- Ensure proper handling and storage of pressed items

- Collaborate with the laundry team to prioritize pressing tasks based on demand

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Presser is preferred

- Familiarity with different types of fabrics and their specific pressing requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Excellent time management skills

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
