The Role:
In this role you will own a diverse range of projects, ranging from large event photography, product photography and brand content campaigns down to lo-fi, social first content and small-scale design projects.
The successful candidate will continually challenge the status quo, seeking to improve project on project through innovative solutions, process enhancements, and output quality. A positive, proactive attitude and a forward-thinking approach are key to elevating creative execution.
The Creative Producer sits in the brand team and reports into the EMEA Senior Brand Marketing Manager. The brand team is responsible for bringing creative consistency to our brand communication in Europe, running the European HOKA social channels, as well as providing our channel leads, retail and event partners with the content they need to help the brand fly. We bring to life our global brand positioning, but with a local accent.
Your Impact:Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, artworks, and presentations from brief to rollout
Organise, track, and communicate the progress of creative projects, maintaining calendars and workflows
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to manage and facilitate creative project requests
Set up and coordinate meetings for project kick-offs, hand-offs, and reviews with key stakeholders and managers
Facilitate and ensure timely asset delivery to partnering departments and external vendors
Integrate creative project assets into brand marketing libraries and content sites
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in collaboration with finance teams
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the team and organization
Adapt and refine production practices to optimize efficiency and creative output
Seek out and relationship manage new creative partners to work with, and help select the right one for each of our projects

Who You Are:Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage budgets, and coordinate resources efficiently
Meticulous in managing timelines, assets, and quality control
You take direction from multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly, and provide constructive feedback to guide creative work
You are confident in owning the creative vision and executing tasks independently, while working under the oversight and with collaboration from the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
You are a team player that has a willingness to adapt ideas and adopts a flexible approach
We would Love to Hear from People with:Hands-on experience with production processes, organization, and managing creative outputs from start to finish
In-depth knowledge of earned, owned and paid channels, especially organic social media, with the ability to tailor content and campaigns for these formats
Experience managing creative resources and delivering high-quality solutions
Proficiency in design production software (Adobe or equivalent)
