We have an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office Team as a Holiday Advisor working across a portfolio of 12 UK Holiday Parks. John Fowler Holidays is a family and owned and operated business offering holidays across the South West of England and Wales. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our friendly team in Roundswell.

We have 2 positions available:

17 hours per week Sunday & Monday (9am-6pm/5pm)

17 hours per week Friday & Saturday (9am-5pm/6pm)

Or these could be combined into one position 34 hours per week.

The role will be mostly phone based with some admin responsibilities and we are looking for positive, organised individuals who can deliver first rate customer service in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will be:

Able to multi task and work well under pressure A good communicator and even better listener Able to prioritise their workload and manage calls in a time effective manner Able to offer outstanding customer service to exceed our guests expectations Develop and maintain relationships with our guests Have a positive, can do attitude A quick learner who can adapt easily and use initiative Conversant with different types of guest communication including email and social media enquiries Able to work well as part of a team

This is a seasonal position to start in January and run until the end of October 2026 with the option of re-joining us for 2025. You will be required to complete a day's training in December.

Pay: 12.30 per hour
