You'll work alongside experienced activity leaders to deliver a variety of fun, engaging sessions while also helping to create a calm, supportive space for teens.

Your Role:
Lead small group activities that are inclusive and engaging for all
Use your initiative to plan and adapt activities throughout the day
Build positive, consistent relationships with children
Ensure a safe, fun, and structured environment
Be a professional and welcoming ambassador for OurCamps
Maintain behaviour expectations and be a strong role model
Follow all OurCamps policies and procedures
Keep activity spaces clean, organised, and safe
Support safeguarding practices and promote child welfare at all times
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Aged 16+
Enhanced DBS (we can help arrange if needed)
Able to attend a Zoom/phone interview
Eligible to work in the UK
Willing to complete online training modules
Preferable:
Experience working/volunteering with children in play or sports settings
First Aid certification
Strong communication skills, especially with children
Able to work independently and collaboratively
