energetic, reliable, and fun-focused coaches
to join our award-winning holiday camps team.

The Role
As a
Holiday Camp Coach
, you'll help deliver
high-quality holiday childcare
for children aged
4-11
. You'll lead activities, support children's confidence and well-being, and help create a positive, memorable experience every single day.

What You'll Be Doing?
Deliver Engaging Activities
Lead fun, structured sessions for children aged 4-11
Deliver a varied programme including:
Sports and physical games
Arts and crafts
Team challenges
Creative and educational activities
Adapt sessions to suit different ages, abilities, and confidence levels
Create a Safe & Positive Environment
Supervise children at all times, indoors and outdoors
Follow safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and behaviour policies
Manage transitions, breaks, and group movement safely
Respond appropriately to accidents, incidents, or concerns
Be a Positive Role Model
Set a great example through enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness
Encourage teamwork, respect, and inclusion
Support children to:
Build friendships
Try new activities
Grow in confidence
Work as Part of a Team
Work closely with other coaches and camp leaders
Share updates, observations, and any concerns
Communicate positively with parents/guardians when required
Help ensure camps run smoothly and professionally
Set Up & Look After Equipment
Assist with setting up and packing away activities
Check equipment and report any issues
Keep activity spaces safe, tidy, and organised
What We're Looking For:
Essential
Experience working with children (camps, schools, childcare, sports, or similar)
Confident, energetic, and approachable personality
Ability to lead groups and keep children engaged
Strong communication skills
Reliable, patient, and adaptable
Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
Paediatric First Aid
Understanding of inclusive practice and child development
Experience delivering sports, games, or creative sessions
Contract & Pay
Job Types:
Temporary / Fixed-term / Zero-hours
Pay:
12.21 - 14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Enhanced

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
