Earn 13.00 - 15.00 per hour launching a new premium Holiday Club in Upton (NN5).

Holiday Club Activity Leader / Deputy

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for energetic, hands-on staff to join the launch team for our new site. This is perfect for

University Students (Education/Sports)

during Reading Week, or

School Support Staff (TAs)

looking for extra holiday income.

We don't do boring.

We run

high-speed Go-Karts, Drone Fleets, Robot Races (Spheros), "Dark Matter" sensory zones, and Giant Construction challenges.

We bring the energy, and you help make it happen.

WHAT YOU GET

Great Pay:

13.00/hr

(Activity Leader) to

15.00/hr

(Deputy/Senior Leader).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Running specific activity stations (e.g., The Race Track, The Drone Zone, or Lego Studio). Supporting children to settle, play, and thrive. Ensuring safety and calm transitions between sessions. Working closely with the Site Manager in a small, friendly team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

Working with children (Schools, Coaching, Scouting, Nursery, etc.).

Vibe:

Friendly, calm, and reliable. You don't need to be the "loudest" person in the room, just the most engaged.

Availability:

Must be available for the full week (Mon 16th - Fri 20th Feb).

DBS:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is

highly preferred

(or a certificate issued within the last 12 months).

Do you hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the Update Service, OR a certificate issued within the last 12 months? We sponsor DBS but strongly prefer one in place given current processing timelines. Do you have reliable transport to Upton Meadows Primary School (NN5) for an 8:00 AM start? Do you have at least 1 year of formal experience working with children (e.g., as a TA, Coach, Nursery Assistant, or similar)?
