Total Sports deliver Holiday Clubs across the region each school holiday, with our multi active energy programme and dedicated football camps.
We are looking to contract our holiday club managers for the 2025-2026 season starting at October Half Term (W/C 27th-31st Oct)
We are keen to hear from candidates from sports, education and childcare setting backgrounds. You maybe a student studying a sports or education related degree, a supply teacher, TA or HLTA looking for working during the holidays, you may be a sports coach working in local schools and wanting holiday club work, if you have experience in working with children and sports we want to hear from you!
Our holiday clubs run every single half term and Summer- we are flexible in the work we are able to offer to you according to your needs. For example, you may want to work only set half terms or only a few weeks of Summer, we are able to cater to your requirements and to offer as much work as you would like.
What will I be doing on camp?
Our award winning holiday clubs are brilliant places to work! You will be assigned a holiday club venue in the region and tasked with making that camp the best it can possibly be! Your role is to manage a coaching team of up to 8 coaches, planning and organising days as per head office requirements. You will be in charge of setting timetables, meeting & greeting parents, ensuring our camps run smoothly and following procedures as per head office needs. You will deliver our multi sport, arts & crafts and adventure programme 'Total Energy' as well as our football camps.
As a manager, your role is to lead from the front! We want our managers to get involved as much as possible during the day which means taking part in dodgeball games, helping children build amazing dens, working together to solve team challenges.
If you want to spend half terms and Summers making amazing memories with children, working alongside high qualified coaches, receiving quality training and feedback whilst gaining invaluable experience in the industry, the role is for you!!
To be considered for the manager role, experience working with children is a prerequisite. Coaching or teaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential. We would love to hear from managers who have previously worked in holiday clubs either in the UK or abroad and who have experience of managing groups of 30+ children.
All coaches must hold an Enhanced DBS, or we can assist in the application process.
Please submit your C.V., detailing your availability and experience. Successful staff will receive market leading training, progression opportunities, access to our Total Sports Staff Loyalty Programme and a competitive rate of pay.
