About the Role

As a

Play Worker

, you'll help deliver exciting daily activities, support children throughout the day, and make sure every child feels included and valued. You'll work closely with Camp Managers and other staff to create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of play, sports, arts, and creative activities. Supervise and engage children aged 4-14 in a safe and caring environment. Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive behaviour. Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating. Help with setup, pack down, and maintaining a tidy camp space. Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.

Requirements

Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, clubs, or youth settings). Energetic, friendly, and great with communication. Committed to providing high-quality childcare and play experiences.

Enhanced DBS

required (can be arranged through Supreme Education). A qualification in childcare, playwork, education, or sports is desirable but not essential. Safeguarding and First Aid training (training provided if needed).
