13.50 - 15.00 per hour + 75 Completion Bonus

Monday, Feb 16th - Friday, Feb 20th, 2026 (07:30 - 17:30)

About Woodys:

We aren't a typical holiday club. We provide bespoke, high-energy activity programs featuring

electric go-karts, giant slingshots, and drone flight academies

along with all the fun outdoor activities and sports. We are looking for a practical "doer / fixer" to lead these workshops for our new site launch at Upton Meadows.

The Role:

This is a 5-day high-intensity "sprint." You will be responsible for:

Workshop Delivery:

Leading sessions on the Gravity Grand Prix, drone flights, go-karts, and Slingshot trials, and more.

Equipment Management:

Setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining our bespoke kits throughout the day, including bluetooth / tablet use, mechanical setup (screws and bolts and electrics)

Group Engagement:

Keeping energy levels high and ensuring all children are participating safely and enthusiastically, including marshalling high-energy events including outdoors football, tug-of-war, and team challenges.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS:

You must hold a valid Enhanced DBS check. Candidates on the

DBS Update Service

will be prioritized for immediate start.

The "Fixer" Mindset:

A strong mechanical or technical knack (experience with bikes, karts, drones, or practical DIY is a huge plus).

Reliability:

You must be available for the full 5-day term.

Pay & Benefits:

Base Rate:

13.50 per hour.

PFA Incentive:

15.00 per hour

if you hold a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Term Bonus:

A

75.00 one-off payment

upon successful completion of the 5-day launch.
