We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including hotels and commercial establishments. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in hotels or commercial facilities. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the cleaning process. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies effectively, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and reporting any shortages. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the establishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are essential for this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if required.
