We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various holiday let spaces and homes. This role requires a strong commitment to service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors in all assigned spaces.
Strip and make up beds.
Clean and sanitise bathroom, kitchens, and other communal areas.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
Experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
