Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation Serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to bar standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and setting up buffet or banquet stations Support catering and banquet events by setting tables, managing service stations, and clearing used items efficiently Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food handling and service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy holiday periods and special events

Skills

Proven experience in fine dining or high-quality food service environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Experience serving food and beverages in restaurants or banquet settings Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations Previous experience working in catering or banquet services is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Food industry knowledge including dietary considerations and allergen awareness Barista or bar experience is a plus for serving specialty drinks confidently Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset within the hospitality sector
