Who We Are



At Little Rackets , we specialise in delivering high-quality multi-sports coaching for children aged 3-7 in Dulwich Village. Our holiday camps are designed to be safe, fun, and unforgettable -- helping children gain confidence, make friends, and discover the joy of sport.



About the Role



We're looking for teachers, or teaching assistants who are currently studying for their QTS or early years practitioners who can take the lead in running our multi-sports holiday camps. Working 8:30am - 4:30pm during school holidays, you'll oversee a team of coaches, plan exciting activities, and ensure every child has a positive and memorable experience.



This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and creating an environment where children thrive through sport.



Key Responsibilities



Lead the day-to-day running of our holiday camps.

Motivate and support a team of coaches to deliver fun, age-appropriate sessions.

Plan and deliver engaging multi-sport activities for children aged 3-11.

Ensure the safety, safeguarding, and well-being of all children.

Build positive relationships with parents, schools, nurseries, and venues.

Oversee camp logistics including scheduling, equipment, and staff organisation.

Monitor camp quality and continuously look for improvements.

Making sure everything at the camp is kept under Ofsted guidelines.


What We're Looking For



Teachers (QTS) or studying (essential).

Childcare Level 3 Practitioners

Enhanced DBS check (essential).

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Fun, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with children.

Reliable, professional, and able to adapt quickly in a busy environment.

Safeguarding knowledge and a safety-first mindset.

First Aid trained. (Can be obtained)
