Hours: Part-time, Monday, Thursday & Friday plus rota for weekends - average 18 hours per week. Times 9:45 to 2:45 or 10 to 3. Saturday 10 to 2 and Sunday 10 to 12.
Position - self-employed - rate 15 to 18 per hour depending on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable team player to be part of our holiday lettings business. This varied role involves guest management, property coordination, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day management of holiday let bookings.
Use SuperControl to manage reservations and guest communications.
Update and manage property website and content via WordPress.
Support marketing campaigns, including social media and online promotions.
Assist with property changeovers and cleaning coordination when needed.
Liaise with guests to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Work closely with the team to demands and busy periods.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience using SuperControl booking software (preferred but training can be given).
Confident with being trained on various marketing and digital software/marketing tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible, proactive, and willing to help with practical tasks such as property cleans if needed.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work alone or as a team.
