Overview




We are looking to recruit a Part Time Senior Healthcare Assistants Nights to join our Hollybank Team.


The shifts are 12 hours long, from 8pm to 8:00am.


12-24 hours per week


300 joining bonus paid after 3 months in the role.

Sponsorship is not available for this role.



Duties




To work as a trained multi-skilled member of the team providing various aspects of care to elderly and physically disabled residents. To provide and assist with training of Healthcare Assistants. To monitor standards of care within the home and to ensure a high quality, caring service is provided at all times.

Essential Criteria



At least 6 months experience as Senior Healthcare Assistant in Nursing Home or similar environment. Be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).

Desirable Criteria



NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent. Previous experience in induction or training role.

MD Healthcare acquired the home in August 2019 and has been substantially upgraded to improve the environment for the residents. Hollybank Manor is a residential dementia home. The home is a calm environment that is conducive to well-being and mood enhancement with themed areas throughout the home for therapeutic activity.
