We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Telesales Executive
to join our team. This isn't just about making calls; it's about building relationships and securing new partnerships that will directly contribute to our growth.
Your Role:
Speak to B2C customers about the services and products Holden Grange offer,.
Present Holden Grange's value proposition with confidence and clarity, focusing on our TEC QSF certification and exceptional service quality.
Accurately record and manage all call and sales activities and client information in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales
Exceptional communication skills
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to be part of a winning team.
Knowledge of the telecare or social care sector is a bonus, but not essential.
