Rates of Pay:

13.00 per hour Plus 30p Per mile

Gloucester and surrounding areas

Permanent positions, Flexible shifts Full & Part-Time hours available

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as

Home and Community Care Workers

, delivering a variety of domiciliary support services to our clients in the community. Whether you're new to care or already experienced, we'd love to hear from you!

What yo will be doing

Assisting with personal washing, dressing, toileting, food preparation and feeding. Assisting with mobility, encouraging safety and appropriate use of aids. Acting as a companion within the home to allow relative periods of respite. Providing practical support in the home, to include washing, ironing, cleaning, and shopping.

What we need from you

You will need to hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Be passionate about promoting the mental, spiritual & physical wellbeing of the individuals we support Be an excellent communicator Be able to demonstrate a passion for providing high quality care which both enables individuals to live independently at home and to access their local community Have good organisational skills and team working skills Effective time management skills Have an ability to work independently following verbal or written instructions Be committed to progressing a career in Adult Social Care. Be able to obtain Business Insurance.
