Job description- WEEKEND SPECIFIC!

This role reports to the Home and Lifestyle Manager or Supervisor . As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the shopfloor operation of this fantastic Home and Lifestyle store, while also working in our amazing pottery barn.

Your love and knowledge of homewares and crafts will shine through, selling and serving with personality is a must for this exciting role. Working with the supervisors or store manager you will merchandise and sell through wonderful visual displays. We are looking for someone who has a passion for artistry and creativity whilst also being a friendly and welcoming face!

This is very much a customer-facing service role, so having an outgoing personality will mean you entertain and 'wow' customers daily. Either working on the shopfloor, serving at the till or creating engaging displays you will be fun and friendly whilst actively up-selling through your knowledge of the products.

Providing exceptional service is what will make this retail space stand out from the crowd. From the moment a customer enters the site you and the team will welcome them like friends, taking care of them every step of their visit and beyond. With a knowledge of EPOS till systems you will be well trained, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for the customer at checkout.

By being outgoing and confident speaking to groups, participating in demonstration days, craft events and makers classes, will come easily to you.

Being a team player, you will attend regular training sessions, embracing new ideas, working together to achieve consistently high standards.

Pay: From 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
