We offer competitive pay rates and also pay travel time and mileage.

Let's break the rates down:

12.80 - 13.22 is the hourly rate depending on qualifications 12.80 per hour is paid for all the time you travel between clients 35 pence per mile is paid for travel between clients
Unlike other providers, we don't deduct travel time from our clients. We pay our carers time to travel and give our clients the time they expect and the dignity they deserve.

We also pay for training so you earn as soon as you start with us and have the opportunity to sign up for free Health & Social Care Diplomas.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Home Care Assistant or in a similar role Strong communication skills in English Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment to enhance clients' well-being and independence.
