Responsibilities
Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
Support clients with mobility and behavior management, ensuring a respectful and compassionate approach.
Qualifications
Relevant care experience in home care settings
NVQ qualification in health and social care
Skills in assisted living and patient care
Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care
Proficient in medication administration and first aid
Ability to manage behavior
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
